I have been unlawfully subjected to the Summit County Court's jurisdiction for more than ten years. You can access the public account of corruption and criminal activity within Colorado's Judiciary at www.coloradoopencourt.blogspot.com
On May 22, 2008, I gave NOTICE to every person and public entity mentioned in the account, and then some. All were extended an invitation to publicly answer for their actions and inactions. To date, none have answered. Under Chief Justice Mullarkey's leadership, I have been shut out of every avenue for redress including the appellate process. Therefore,
I will be posting a "Diary" of contacted officials, media, etc., and sharing the results of the contact here and with members of this group.
Please join me to publicly witness what average people go through, when trying to obtain justice and accountability from our elected officials.
