Dear Public Diary,
On May 22, 2008, I sent a NOTICE to all the persons revealed in my public account www.coloradoopencourt.blogspot.com I also gave NOTICE to Summit County Commissioners Thomas Davidson, Bob French, and Tom Long, Governor Bill Ritter, and Attorney General John Suthers.
On May 23, 2008, I emailed my State Representative Christine Scanlan, my State Senator Dan Gibbs, and,
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Terrance Carroll, Vice Chairman Debbie Stafford,
Members Morgan Carroll, Bob Gardner, Cheri Jahn, Andrew Kerr, Steve King, Claire Levy, Rosemary Marshall, Ellen Roberts, and Amy Stephens, and,
Senate Judiciary Chairman Brandon Shaffer, Vice Chairman Dan Gibbs, Members Bob Bacon, Betty Boyd, Joshua Penry, Scott Renfroe, and Steve Ward, a copy of the pubic account, and asked them to investigate and hold accountable the criminal judges and attorneys within our Judiciary.
All the above elected officials have ignored my request for an investigation and accountability. Whatever happened to our three branches of government being independent of each other? Do you see why so many take matters into their own hands?
The powers that be then cry that they must be protected from us, and hire guards at our expense. So, while we the people are subjected to searches and questions when we enter our government offices, they are allowed to walk in freely and continue their criminal conduct under protection. In all of the public cases of people taking justice into their own hands, has there been even one elected official calling for an investigation into why the person did what they did? No, because our judiciary is quick to brand the person a "disgruntled litigant", and/or say, "oh, they just didn't like the outcome of the lawsuit." This explanation is just as quickly accepted by our Legislators, Governor and the media, and the case is closed.
The only threat they really have is in their own consciences, and no amount of guards and screening can protect them from themselves.
This is your test, not mine.
