Congressman Beauprez, in October we called on you to return Tom DeLay’s dirty money. So far, you've refused.

Now that Congressman DeLay has announced that he'll resign his seat in Congress amid the continuing criminal investigation into his money-for-influence machine, we renew our call for you to return DeLay's money.

You can't have it both ways. Either return DeLay's dirty money or tie yourself to his growing ethics issues.
